Custom Rugs carry a lead time of 10 working days, allow a few extra days for delivery if your location is in an outlying area.
Pre-made Rugs will dispatch within 24 hours and delivery between 2-5 days pending on location.

Each YUDU rug is wrapped with love and delivered in robust packaging, however should your rug arrive damaged, please email us at orders@yudu.co.za
Not what you wanted?
- Pre-made Rugs can be returned within 7 days of receiving the rug, a return courier fee and handling fee will be charged
- Custom Rugs – Since our rugs are custom made, we cannot accept returns. We’ve worked hard to make the process super simple for you though so we are confident that you will love the rug you order. Buying one of our sample box’s will also help with your decision making – CTA order samples
Not what you ordered?
We will arrange for collection and an exchange or refund.
We ship to almost anywhere within South Africa.
Shipping is free but please note we require a defined delivery address to make delivery. Shipping times and delivery options may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control.
